These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of GBP Expertise's website and services. By accessing this website or engaging GBP Expertise for services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use GBP Expertise if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site or engaging our services.
2. Use of Website
The content of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice. You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not use our website:
- In any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- In any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
- To knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses or any other harmful programs.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, GBP Expertise and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on GBP Expertise. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from GBP Expertise for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
You must not:
- Republish material from GBP Expertise.
- Sell, rent, or sub-license material from GBP Expertise.
- Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from GBP Expertise.
- Redistribute content from GBP Expertise.
4. Services, Billing, and Monthly Payments
GBP Expertise provides ongoing Google Business Profile management and related services to local businesses on a recurring monthly basis. The agreed monthly service fee is determined at the start of the engagement and is billed monthly on the same calendar day each month (the "Billing Date"), which is the date services began unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All monthly payments are due in advance on the Billing Date. Payments are non-refundable under any circumstance, in whole or in part, including for partial months, unused services, or early termination requests.
The client is responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file. Failure to pay any invoice when due may result in suspension or termination of services at our sole discretion, and any outstanding balances remain due and payable.
5. Initial 90-Day Commitment and 30-Day Cancellation Policy
While GBP Expertise does not require a long-term contract, every engagement includes an initial commitment period of ninety (90) days from the start of services. This period is required to allow our work on your Google Business Profile to take effect and produce meaningful results. Cancellations cannot take effect during the initial 90-day period, and all monthly payments during that period remain due and non-refundable.
After the initial 90-day period, services continue on a month-to-month basis and may be cancelled by the client at any time with thirty (30) days' written notice sent to accountinfo@gbpexpertise.com. The 30-day notice period begins on the date GBP Expertise receives the written cancellation request.
Because billing occurs on a fixed monthly Billing Date and the 30-day notice does not align to your Billing Date in most cases, you acknowledge and agree that at least one additional full monthly payment will typically be billed and collected after a cancellation request is submitted. For example: if a client begins services on June 5 and submits a written cancellation request on October 10, the October 5 invoice has already been billed and is non-refundable; the 30-day notice period runs through approximately November 9; the November 5 invoice will be billed in full because it falls within the notice period; and services will end on or around November 9. There will be no proration, partial credits, or refunds of any kind for the final billing cycle.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to accountinfo@gbpexpertise.com. Verbal cancellations, text messages, or social media communications are not accepted as valid notice.
6. No Refunds and No Guarantees
All fees paid to GBP Expertise are final and non-refundable. There are absolutely no refunds, credits, or chargebacks issued for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with results, change of business circumstances, change of ownership, business closure, suspension of your Google Business Profile by Google, or early termination.
GBP Expertise makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations of any kind regarding rankings, map placement, lead volume, call volume, review counts, conversion rates, revenue, or any other specific outcome. Google Business Profile results depend on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to Google's algorithms, policies, and enforcement actions; competitor activity; seasonality; the client's responsiveness; the accuracy and completeness of information the client provides; and the client's own operations and customer experience.
Any examples, case studies, screenshots, or past results shared by GBP Expertise are for illustration only and do not constitute a promise or guarantee of similar results for any other client.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, granting and maintaining the access needed for GBP Expertise to perform services (including Google Business Profile manager access), responding to requests for information in a timely manner, and complying with Google's terms of service and applicable laws. GBP Expertise is not responsible for delays, suspensions, or poor results caused by incomplete information, delayed responses, or client actions that conflict with Google's policies.
8. Privacy
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.
9. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
GBP Expertise may revise these terms of service for its website and services at any time without notice. By using this website or continuing to receive services, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these terms of service. We encourage you to periodically review these Terms and Conditions.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall GBP Expertise, nor any of its officers, directors, employees, contractors, or affiliates, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website or our services, whether such liability is under contract, tort, or otherwise. GBP Expertise, including its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates, shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in any way related to your use of this website or our services. In all cases, the total aggregate liability of GBP Expertise to the client shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the client to GBP Expertise during the one (1) month immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.
