- Account means a unique account created for you to access our service or parts of our service.

Types of Data Collected
Personal Data
While using our service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:
- Email address
- First name and last name
- Phone number
- Business name and business address
- Billing address, state, ZIP/postal code, and city
- Usage data
Google Business Profile Access
To perform our services, clients grant GBP Expertise manager-level access to their Google Business Profile. We do not collect, request, or store the client's Google account password or login credentials. Access is granted entirely through Google's own permission system and can be revoked by the client at any time directly from their Google Business Profile dashboard.
Manager access permits us to post updates, respond to reviews, update business information, upload photos, and view performance insights for the profile. Manager access does not allow us to transfer ownership of the profile, access the client's Gmail or other Google services, or change account-level security settings.
Usage Data
Usage data is collected automatically when using the service. Usage data may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.
Tracking Technologies and Cookies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our service and store certain information. Tracking technologies used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze our service.
- Cookies or Browser Cookies: A cookie is a small file placed on your device. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.
- Web Beacons: Certain sections of our service and our emails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons that permit the Company to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email.
Payment Processing
GBP Expertise uses Stripe as its third-party payment processor to handle all monthly billing and payment transactions. When you provide payment information, that information is collected, transmitted, and stored directly by Stripe under Stripe's own privacy policy and security standards. GBP Expertise does not store full credit card numbers, full bank account numbers, or card security codes (CVCs) on its own servers.
We may retain limited billing information for invoicing, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes, including your billing address, the card brand, and the last four digits of the card number. Use of Your Personal Data
The Company may use personal data for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain our service, including to monitor the usage of our service.
- To manage your account and your registration as a user of the service.
- To manage and optimize your Google Business Profile as part of the service you have engaged us for.
- To process recurring monthly payments through our payment processor, Stripe.
- For the performance of a contract: the development, compliance, and undertaking of the service agreement for the services you have purchased.
- To contact you by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication regarding your account, service updates, or billing.
- To provide you with news, special offers, and general information about other services and events which we offer.
- To manage your requests and respond to your inquiries.
- For business transfers: we may use your information to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets.
- For other purposes such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, and evaluating and improving our service.
Retention of Your Personal Data
The Company will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your personal data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
Billing records, invoices, and payment-related information will be retained for the period required by U.S. federal and state tax, accounting, and recordkeeping laws (generally seven years) even after your service with GBP Expertise has ended.
Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your information, including personal data, is processed at the Company's operating offices in the United States and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. Business Transactions

We may use third-party service providers to monitor and analyze the use of our service.
Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our service. Email Marketing

CCPA Privacy Rights (Do Not Sell My Personal Information)
Under the CCPA, among other rights, California consumers have the right to:
- Request that a business that collects a consumer's personal data disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal data that a business has collected about consumers.
- Request that a business delete any personal data about the consumer that a business has collected.
- Request that a business that sells a consumer's personal data not sell the consumer's personal data.

Children's Privacy
Our service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
